Nebraska Gasoline and Diesel Prices

Nebraska's retail gasoline price increased 6 cents from last week to $2.10 with metro prices ranging from $2.08 in Lincoln to $2.17 in North Platte.  Weekly gasoline averages were a nickel higher for Columbus, Kearney, and Norfolk, 6 cents for North Platte, and 7 cents for Omaha than last week.  This week's state average was 39 cents higher than the price at this time last year.  As of March 11, the Midwest gasoline stock level continued above the upper boundary of the normal range at 56 million barrels.

The state average retail diesel price increased 2 cents from last week to $2.20 per gallon with metro prices ranging from $2.13 in Columbus to $2.22 in Kearney.  According to the weekly price report, this week's average is 56 cents higher than the price at this time last year.  The Midwest distillate fuel inventory level fell below the lower edge of the normal range this week.
