Nebraska's retail gasoline price fell another
penny from last week to $1.93. Metro prices ranged from $1.88 in Columbus to $1.95 in
Grand Island and North Platte. The Midwest gasoline stock level remains above the
normal range. The good news is that, with supplies at this level, there are fewer
concerns this year about shortages of gasoline than there were in the past.
The state average retail diesel price also fell another penny from last week to
$2.03 per gallon. Nebraska's metro diesel prices ranged from $1.98 in North
Platte to $2.06 in Kearney. The Midwest distillate fuel inventory level continues
in the normal range.
