Nebraska's metro diesel prices ranged from $2.03 in Columbus and Grand Island to $2.13 in Kearney with the state average falling 3 cents to $2.10 per gallon.  Midwest distillate fuel inventories fell below the normal range but are expected to begin building since most refineries are coming back on-stream following their fall maintenance.  Maintenance had continued into the early part of November which is not normally the case.
