Commercial rates ranged from City of Wisner's $5.94 to the City of Stromsburg's $13.61. Rates for natural gas used by electric utilities ranged from Stuart Gas Company's $4.10 to Nebraska City Utilities' $10.89. Industrial rates ranged from the Black Hills Energy's $8.08 to the City of Falls City's $14.06.
