Lincoln $2,580,564 (Retained by city for use on UN-Lincoln Innovation Campus effluent heating/cooling system project)
Omaha $4,403,737 (Waived back to the state)
Sarpy County $1,522,502 (Waived back to the state)
Indian Tribal Governments $309,322 (No final determination on use by tribal organizations except $10,634 waived back to state from Ponca Tribe of Nebraska)
Remainder of the state $9,685,875
Total for sub-allocation $15,622,748 (including State, Omaha, Sarpy County and Ponca Tribe allocations)

Qualified Energy Conservation Bond Projects Approved

  • To the city of Lincoln for the issuance of bonds by the Nebraska Utility Corporation for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Innovation Campus effluent heating/cooling system project

  • To University of Nebraska Medical Center for issuance of bonds by the University of Nebraska Facilities Corporation for the implementation of new technologies and upgrades at Med Center central utilities plant and other campus buildings


  • $298,688 sub-allocated to Native American Tribal Governments: Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska; Santee Sioux Nation, Nebraska; Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska; Omaha Tribe of Nebraska and Sac & Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska
All of the State’s allocation (and sub-allocations waived back to the state) has been currently obligated to projects.
